Site Use

Registration: Registering will permit quick checkout, and will allow you to join our mailing list. If you forget your password, click HERE and enter your email address. You will receive your password within minutes.

Search: enter any word or multiple words or partial words (i.e. chev=Chevrolet) and you will be presented with a list of items that fit your search criteria.

Select Model: Simply select a manufacturer, then a model, and click Go. You will be presented with a list of items that fit your selected make and model. Also, you will be presented with a link to Dash Kits, which require specific information to determine the correct kit for your car.

Purchases

After selecting a product you are interested in, you may click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your shopping cart.

Shopping Cart: in the shopping cart, you may change quantity, or select the "remove" checkbox, and click update to change the items in your shopping cart. You may also click "Continue Shopping" or click "Secure Checkout" to finalize your purchase. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as methods of payment.

Privacy Policy

Automotive Concepts is committed to keeping your personal information private. All information collected us is used in solely to process your order. We use SSL to encrypt your information collected from our checkout process, and credit card information is destroyed immediately after bank authorization. We use Hacker Safe Internet Security Testing daily to insure that our system meets the highest security scanning standards of the U.S. government, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Shipping

Free shipping via UPS Ground to the continental USA. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO's or FPO's. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico . Call us at 1-800-999-8836 for pricing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or if you need to arrange for quicker delivery, and you will be billed the actual shipping charges, with no overages or handling fees. We strive to ship all items ordered by 3:30 PM Eastern time on the same day. Painted spoilers take three to five days to paint prior to shipping. Dash kits will be shipped same day if in stock, or in 6 to 10 days if manufactured to order. Custom real wood and real carbon fiber may take longer to manufacture.

UPS tracking number(s) will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipping.

Click HERE and enter your email address and Zip Code, and you will be presented with a link to track your UPS shipment.

Damages

If a product is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim your local UPS office within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as you filed the claim, please inform us by email or phone. Do not ship the product back to us; it will be picked up by the shipping company. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we receive UPS confirmation .

Warranty

Automotive Concepts honors warranty replacement for manufacturers defects in accordance with the manufacturers policies. Chrome trim products are warranted against defects in finish (pitting, discoloring, etc.) Falling off is not considered a manufacturer defect on trim products. Customer is responsible for shipping.

Returns

Automotive Concepts provides a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE within 30 days after you have received the product. You need a valid reason to return the product or cancel shipping (item is wrong color, doesn't fit etc.) However, the following terms and conditions apply:

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping. Special orders, painted, damaged by the customer, or installed items are not returnable. All items must be returned in undamaged original packaging and be in resalable condition. All returns are must be pre-approved and must be marked with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please use our Return Authorization Form or call us at 1-800-999-8836 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern time to receive an RA number. Returns shipped to Automotive Concepts without an RA number will be refused.

Items eligible for return must be received within 30 days of your purchase.

Please allow 5-7 days after we receive your return for your return to be inspected and processed.

Cancellations

Same day and prior to shipping: No charges for cancellation except for dash kits. Dash kits cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Up to 30 Days - Cancellation requests received up to 30 days after the order was placed are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Items that have entered the shipping process or items that have already shipped may not be cancelled. For such items, please see our "Returns" policy.

Sales Tax

Only Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents pay sales tax on Automotive Concepts purchases.
