Shopping Cart: in the shopping cart, you may change quantity, or select the "remove" checkbox, and click update to change the items in your shopping cart. By clicking the link "Save the items in my cart for later" your items will be saved and may be recalled later by logging in and clicking the cart icon. You may also click "Continue Shopping" or click "Secure Checkout" to finalize your purchase. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as methods of payment.

If a product is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim your local UPS office within 48 hours of delivery. As soon as you filed the claim, please inform us by email or phone. Do not ship the product back to us; it will be picked up by the shipping company. We will ship out a replacement as soon as we receive UPS confirmation .
Automotive Concepts honors warranty replacement for manufacturers defects in accordance with the manufacturers policies. Chrome trim products are warranted against defects in finish (pitting, discoloring, etc.) Falling off is not considered a manufacturer defect on trim products. Customer is responsible for shipping.
Automotive Concepts provides a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE within 30 days after you have received the product. You need a valid reason to return the product or cancel shipping (item is wrong color, doesn't fit etc.) However, the following terms and conditions apply:
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping. Special orders, painted, damaged by the customer, or installed items are not returnable. All items must be returned in undamaged original packaging and be in resalable condition. All returns are must be pre-approved and must be marked with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please allow 5-7 days after we receive your return for your return to be inspected and processed.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from Automotive Concepts suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel or refund any orders placed for products listed incorrectly, or at the incorrect price. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Automotive Concepts shall immediately issue a credit for the amount of the charge.
Same day and prior to shipping: No charges for cancellation except for dash kits. Dash kits cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Up to 30 Days - Cancellation requests received up to 30 days after the order was placed are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Items that have entered the shipping process or items that have already shipped may not be cancelled. For such items, please see our "Returns" policy.
