Contact: Your contact information must match the registered domain holder for the domain you are registering for.

Content: You agree to display Automotive Concepts links on your web site without use of pop-ups, redirects, frames, or any other software method that does not involve the user clicking on content displayed on your web page, supplied by Automotive Concepts without alteration. You will not display any copyrighted content from Automotive Concepts web site. You will not use any terms on your site that indicate you are Automotive Concepts, or one of its dealers.

Confidentiality: You agree that any confidential information received from Automotive Concepts will not be disseminated or disclosed.

Payment: Automotive Concepts agrees to pay 8% commission on traffic you refer that leads to sales within 60 days. Commission will not be paid on sales that are declined by credit card processor, PayPal, Google Checkout, returned orders, duplicate orders, overpayments or shipping costs. Commissions will be paid by check monthly at a minimum payment of $50.00. Any commissions below $50.00 will be carried over until commission exceeds $50.00. Commissions will not bear interest. In the event that multiple affiliate ads are clicked by a user prior to purchase, the last affiliate’s ad clicked will entitled to the commission.

Agreement: By clicking this form and submitting your application, you certify that you are the affiliate that is registering, or are authorized to act in behalf the affiliate and have read and accepted the terms of this agreement. You agree that Automotive Concepts may discontinue this affiliate agreement at any time, and upon communication from Automotive Concepts, will immediately remove all affiliate advertisements from your site.
