| Return Authorization (RA) Request Form
Please complete this form to request an RA number for product returns. All RA requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and all merchandise must be returned within 15 business days from the date the RA was issued. RA’s will expire on the 16th business day after issuance and are non-renewable. An RA will only be issued once per product.
Please provide the following information when requesting an RA#
- Invoice Number(s)
- Specify ALL product(s) to be Returned for Refund
- Reason for requesting a Return for Refund
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Automotive Concepts is responsible for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error.
We cannot accept returns of items such as:
- Any items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any items that are not in their original condition
- Any items that are damaged
- Any kits that are missing parts
